Because every item in our store is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selected, change of mind, or incorrect color choice. Please review your order carefully before placing it — size guides are available on each product page.

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we will make it right.

Eligible issues include:
– Misprints, faded prints, or incorrect print placement
– Defective materials or damaged items upon arrival
– Wrong item received (wrong product, size, or color on our end)

To request a resolution, contact us at admin@jemgrowth.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the issue

Once we review your claim, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.

Return shipping is covered by JEM4LIFE when the issue is on our end. We do not charge customers for our mistakes.

We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for a refund only if they arrive damaged or defective.
